With the MC20, Maserati returns to a segment where it has always played a prominent role, that of super sports cars. The MC20 combines luxury and performance with the unique Maserati style, and it's a car with astonishing aerodynamic efficiency.
The MC20 features a completely new powerplant; the Nettuno. The technology of this engine is derived from Formula 1. The 3.0-liter 6-cylinder twin-turbo engine has a V90° architecture and is equipped with a dry-sump system. The engine delivers a power of 630 hp at 7,500 rpm and 730 Nm of torque from 3,000 rpm, with a specific power output of 210 hp per liter.
The Maserati MC20 is the first Maserati with a carbon fiber monocoque and butterfly doors. The remarkably low weight of 1500KG makes the MC20 the best in the segment in terms of power-to-weight ratio, which stands at 2.33 kg/hp for this model.
This MC20 is finished in the unique 'Grigio Mistero' paint, combined with the black roof and the 'Birdcage Glossy Miron' wheels, featuring ceramic brake discs and black calipers behind them.
The carbon fiber details make this MC20 stand out; the front luggage compartment is covered by the 'Carbon fiber hood in Exterior color,' and the Nettuno engine is protected by the Carbon Fiber Engine cover. Additionally, the front splitter, side skirts, and rear diffuser are treated with a Carbon Fiber dip. Even the air intakes are customized, and with the high-gloss black finish, it matches perfectly with the black roof. The Maserati is also equipped with Suspension lift and E-LSD Transmission.
The interior of the MC20 is finished to the level of quality that only Maserati can achieve. Black leather and alcantara alternate and are combined with red stitching and Grigio laser-cut details. Thanks to the 'Carbon Fiber Interior Package,' the MC20 features carbon fiber elements such as door sills, paddle shifters, cluster cap, and steering wheel. Both comfort seats are heated, and the audio experience is provided by Sonus Faber.
