User flows and user stories as the basis for functionalities

In recent years, Louwman Exclusive has invested heavily in creating an impressive showroom experience. To power this experience digitally as well, we started developing detailed user flows and user stories.

User flows are schematic overviews of all contact moments, decisions and actions a user takes during the website visit. User stories describe the different users and their goals on the website. By carefully working out these elements, we got a clear overview of all the pages and functionalities needed for the site.
