Louwman Exclusive can deliver your order when you are living within the EU. Note: if you live outside The Netherlands, the delivery time may be longer than indicated on the website. Keep this in mind when you order. If you live outside the EU and you want to place an order, please contact us by sending us an email.

Yes, it is possible to have an order delivered at a PO Box address. Larger packages are kept separately by the postal agency. You will receive a message in your mailbox.

Once we have received your order and payment, we will ensure that your package is offered to PostNL as soon as possible. Your order will be delivered within the legal 30 days.

In that case PostNL offers your order to the neighbors first. If they can not accept your order as well, the postman will leave a message with you. This message contains a code with which you can make a different delivery appointment on the PostNL website and change the delivery address. Should you not be able to receive your order at the second delivery attempt, you can pick up the package within three weeks at a PostNL point in your area, on presentation of your proof of identity.

Your order from our webshop will be sent via PostNL. You will receive a message by email as soon as your order has left our warehouse and has been offered to PostNL. PostNL delivers your order to the address you have chosen.

Contact us by sending us an email. We strive to contact you by telephone or e-mail the next working day to find a solution together.

We only sell products from our brands. These are Maserati, McLaren, Morgan, Lexus, Bentley and Rolls-Royce. Also we sell products with our own brand name.

The order number can be found in your order confirmation, on your invoice and on the packing receipt.

After completing the payment process you will be returned to our webshop and you will see a confirmation page. You also receive an email with a confirmation of your order and payment.

Check your entered data carefully and try again. If your payment still fails, we advise you to contact your bank or credit card company.

You can pay in the webshop with iDeal, VISA, MasterCard and Afterpay.

No, we will not charge extra costs for payment in our webshop. Nevertheless, we can not guarantee that the providers will charge any extra costs.

Yes, your data will be handled safely. Within the website, your data will be sent encrypted via a SSL secure environment. If you pay with iDeal, VISA or MasterCard, you can do this safely via the secure payment environment of the relevant payment method known to you.

Yes, someone else can collect your order at Louwman Exclusive on presentation of the email confirmation with the invoice and a valid proof of identity.

No, you can only collect your order in our showroom along the A2.

Louwman Exclusive does not charge any costs for picking up your package.

No, you do not have to be customer to pick up your order at Louwman Exclusive.

Of course you can pick up your order on Saturday. Please note: we must have received your order before 4 pm the day before. If our Parts Advisors are not available, you can pick up your order at the reception on the second floor (first level).

You can pick up your order at Louwman Exclusive during the regular opening hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready. You can pick up your order within 30 days. Your order will be canceled after 30 days. View the schedule below for our opening hours:

Always bring a valid identity card with you (passport, identity card, driver’s license). Also take the invoice that you received by email with you. This may be a printed version or the email shown on your smartphone.

Yes, it is possible to pay your order with cash at Louwman Exclusive.

Yes, but only if you live within the EU. You can also have your order delivered to a delivery address within the EU. Do you live outside the EU, and do you want to place an order? Please contact us by sending us an email.

In some cases, you can still cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us by sending us an email. Has your order already been shipped? Then you can return your order within 30 days after receipt.

The products available in the webshop are also for sale at our location along the A2. Please contact us by email to check the availability of a product. Note: you can not fit and/or try products or clothing at our location.

Below you find a table with sizes. If you do not fit the ordered clothes after receipt, you can return them according the return conditions and return instructions. Note: the table below serves as an overview. The fit can vary per brand.

 

You will be kept informed of the status of your order by emails. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been delivered to PostNL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with (if applicable) a Track & Trace code. With this code you can follow your package via PostNL. This does not apply to packages which can be put in your mailbox. If you are unclear about the status of your order despite the emails, please contact us.

The items in your shopping cart will stay there for 14 days. This way you can continue shopping at a later time. Of course this has to be on the same computer/smartphone/tablet and browser. Once you have deleted your history and cookies, your shopping cart will be empty when you go shopping again.

No, but your article will be reserved for you for fifteen minutes at the moment you go the Check Out stage. Within this time you have the guarantee on the availability of the article. After these fifteen minutes the article is released again.

It is not possible to place an order by phone. Of course you can always contact us if you have questions about the products.

Yes. All prices of the products in the Louwman Exclusive webshop are inclusive of VAT.

If you can not find the emails in your inbox, we recommend that you check your Unwanted Email or spam box first. Don’t see the emails there either? Contact us by sending as un email.

When purchasing items in the Louwman Exclusive webshop, the legal guarantee applies. Legal guarantee means that the article must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. If you have any questions about this, don’t hesitate to contact us.

You can make adjustments to your order as long as the selected items are still in your shopping cart. Before you place the order, you can change for example the size or the quantity or you can simply delete some items. After you have completed the order process, it is no longer possible to make changes to your order.

If you no longer have a return form, you can request a new one by sending us an email. Remember that you also cut the return label from this form and stick it firmly on the shipping container. Do you want to return from outside The Netherlands? Please contact us via email.

We will always contact you if a return shipment can not be accepted for any reason.

In order to claim your warranty, please contact us by sending us an email.

You can return your purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. The 14 days within which you can return the items will take effect the moment you receive your package or if you send us a request for cancellation within this period.

You will receive a confirmation email from us at the email address known to us as soon as your return has been received and processed.

If your shipment has not been delivered to you completely or correctly, contact us as soon as possible by sending us an email. We will resolve this for you as quickly and as well as possible. We will in any case contact you within 24 hours.

Yes, this is possible. In the case of a percentage discount, you will receive the amount that you have paid netto. This also applies to a partial return. With a fixed discount, you receive a maximum of the amount you paid netto. In the case of a partial return, you will receive the full purchase price for this product, provided that this is lower than the total amount you paid netto. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

After receiving the returned items in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation of your return shipment at the email address known to us. You will receive the full purchase amount of the returned items within 30 days after termination via the same payment method you have chosen for your order. For example, if you have paid with your credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card account. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase. After your notification of return you have 14 days to return the products.

Always use the return label that you find at the bottom of the return form for returning your order. The return form can be found with your order. If you do not have the return label anymore, please contact us by sending us an email.
