Returning your order

At Louwman Exclusive we find it important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or you want to return your ordered products, you can return the products to us free of charge within 14 days after you receive the products. The required return form can be found with your order. The return instructions apply to both products that you have received by mail as with product you have collected at our showroom.

Return instructions for The Netherlands

  1. Fill in the items you want to return on the return form. You can write this down under ‘Item description’ and ‘Item number’.
  2. State the number of items you want to send back under ‘Number of returns’ per item.
  3. We ask you to state the reason for your return under ‘Return reason’. This is not mandatory, but helps us to continue to improve our service.
  4. Place the items, as much as possible, in their original state and in an undamaged packaging in the shipping box.
  5. Place the return label over the old address label on the shipping box. The return label can be found at the bottom of the return form.
  6. Return your package free of charge by delivering the package to any PostNL point in The Netherlands (www.postnl.nl/locatiewijzer). Save the proof of delivery that you receive of PostNL.

Return instructions when you live outside The Netherlands

  1. Are you living outside The Netherlands and do you want to return an order? In this case you can not use the supplied return label.
  2. Would you like to return your order? Please contact us via webshop@louwmanexclusive.nl. State your details and order number in the message. Our employees will then provide you with return instructions.
  3. Place the items, as much as possible, in their original state and in an undamaged packaging in the shipping box.
  4. Deliver your package to any post office.

Return conditions

  • We advice you to carefully open the shipping box and original packaging so that you can use it again if you want to return your order.
  • If the items has traces of use and/or damage that have arisen because you have done more with the product than necessary, we can decide not to refund the full amount paid or to accept the return.
  • Socks and caps are delivered sealed. If the sealed package is opened, we can not accept the return due to hygienic reasons.

The return address is pre-printed on the return label on the return form. If you lose it, you can use the following return address:

Received wrong of damaged items

If your shipment has not been delivered fully or correctly to you, always contact us as soon as possible. Together we can discuss how we can solve this as quickly and as well as possible for you.

Return costs

  • You do not pay any additional costs for the return of (part of) your order if you are living in The Netherlands.
  • We will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days, after we have been informed of the fact that you wish to return the products. We may wait to pay back until we have received the products or until you can prove that the products have been returned.
  • You will not receive the delivery costs when you return a shipment.

Exchange a product

  • It is unfortunately not possible to immediately exchange an article from the webshop at our location along the A2.
  • If you want a different size or color of a product, please contact us via webshop@louwmanexclusive.nl.
  • The item that you want to exchange for a different size or color must be returned in accordance with the return instructions.

Handling return shipments

  • You will receive confirmation from us of your return. You will receive this confirmation on the email address known to us.
  • The refund will take place within 14 days via the same payment method as you have chosen for your order. For example, if you have paid with your credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card.

You can also inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post or email) that you are canceling the agreement within the 14-day withdrawal period. You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. After the notification you have another 14 days to return the products, in accordance with the instructions above.
